  Registering
  1. You can browse the auctions at any time without registering,  but to bid or post an auction, you must  first register.  To register, simply click on the Register link.  Choose a user name which you can easily remember, and fill in the other required fields.  Your password will automatically be generated and emailed to you.  You can change your password at any time by choosing the Member Services option and then clicking the Change Your Password link. You only need to register once,  as you can change your user information at any time by choosing Member Services, and then clicking the Edit My Registration link.

Notes: You can only create one account per email address.
  Bidding
  1. Once you have an active account,  you are ready to bid.  Simply navigate to the auction you want to bid on via the category listings or using the search features,  and then place your bid.
  2. Please note that by bidding, you are legally bound to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. We strongly recommended that you read all sale, payment and shipping terms and conditions before you place your bid.
  Completing the Transaction
  1. Once an auction closes an email will be sent to the winning bidder containing contact information for the seller.  If you are the winning bidder you should immediately contact the seller to arrange for payment and delivery of the item.  The seller may also contact you via the contact information you provided upon registration.
  General FAQ's
  Do I have to pay VAT? Yes VAT will be added to the final winning amount, unless you are a VAT exempt organization – in which case you need to confirm this (along with proof) at time of payment./td>
  What is the delivery charge? UK: £5.88
Worldwide: between £12-35 depending on where you are. Please contact us for a specific cost.

  How can I pay? We accept all main credit and debit cards except for American Express.
  Can I bid other than online? No, to ensure the auction is always up to date, biddings is only allowed via the website.
  When will I get my radio? Once the auction for your radio closes, we will contact you to take payment. Once this has been confirmed delivery should be within a week.
  How will it be delivered? Do I need to be in? If you’re not in then the courier will drop a card through your door and will attempt to redeliver three times. After this it will be stored at the depot for collection.
  Can I change the delivery address? You can update your details at any time, including the address. However you cannot change the delivery address after delivery has been arranged.
  How do I know the signature is genuine? Each radio will come with a Certificate of Authenticity from participants who witnessed the radio being signed.
  Can I bid from outside of the UK? Yes. Anyone can bid for this highly collectable rock memorabilia, but please be sure to check whether or not DAB is broadcast in your country.

  Can I change my details? You can go online at anytime and update your details.
  How do I know if I’ve been outbid? If you’ve registered you’ll be emailed, alternatively the auction shows the current highest bidder.
  What’s the maximum amount I can bid? The bidding amount is not capped, however you’re legally bound to pay for your bid if successful.
  What is the minimum amount I can bid? The bidding works in increments of £2 sterling.
  How does the payment work? We’ll contact you at the end of the auction to verify your details and take payment.
  Who do I contact in the event of a problem? Contact us at info@rockstarradios.com.
  How can I leave a maximum bid? (proxy bid?) If you follow the instructions you can set up for the system to bid on your behalf to the maximum amount you’re comfortable spending. It will only increase by the minimum required against rival bids.
  When do the auctions end? There is a specified end date for each auction. However, if anyone bids in the last five minutes the auction is extended by another five minutes. And so on until the bidding ends.
